Keinton Mandeville Village Hall. Public session will take place at 7.30pm, prior to the formal council meeting. Public session will take place outside. Members of the public will be required to comply with track and trace procedures and the PC covid risk assessment, they will not be allowed to speak during the full formal council meeting, must wear masks and must sit 2 metres apart.
